The Niagara Association of REALTORS® is searching for a dynamic, customer service focused individual to manage their IT/MLS® Department.
The position will be responsible for the effective day-to-day operation of MLS® Department. This individual supervises staff in the MLS® Department, acts as a resource for technology issues, conducts member training on our MLS® Database, assists members with technology issues and communicates with the executive team and members. You will also be responsible for communicating appropriate technology resources that will support corporate goals and objectives.
The IT/MLS® Manager is a new position in a fast paced environment. Ability to work under pressure and prioritize work while providing excellent customer service and maintaining a high level of confidentiality is required. Experience in a technology based environment is a must. Real estate knowledge would be considered an asset.
